So you know, june I celebrated my birthday, I turned 50, so, um, that was a huge milestone for me. Um, you know, we go through and and go through. Notice I said through, we don't stay there. So it's something to be celebrated. When you make a milestone with all of the you know accomplishments that you've made and you know, don't just be looking over stuff, celebrate any and everything. Okay, so let's hop in.

I do not want you all leaving any money on the table. That's always my goal, so I strive to, you know, leave you with these strategies and tips and resources. We are going to talk about multiple income streams, today, specifically seven and don't get stuck on that number. But it's just. I'm really going to drop some ideas that I think you guys need to tune into. If you have not already any business, we're going to start with my number one favorite Any business that you have, any industry, you should have at least one digital product, at least one, okay. So why do I say that? Because you need, you need something that you can sell while you are asleep. Let me say that again you need something that you can sell while you are asleep. Have I woke up to money in my bank account from someone being on my website and spending money? Absolutely, absolutely, more than one time, more than two times, more than three times? You know what I'm saying, so I want you all to think about that. So, if you are in real estate, if you are insurance, if you're in the book industry, like me, there's always something. If you're in the food industry, if you're a caterer, if you have a business where you make plates, or if you are, you do speaking again like anything that I can't think of, nothing that there is that you can do, that cannot have a digital product connected to it. Ok, so we think about we.

Speaker 2:

You know we throw around the word e-books pretty often and it goes unheard Like. It's not just throwing it around, it's not just slapping an ebook on amazon. I'm not even talking about that process. I'm talking about you creating an ebook, teaching somebody to do something, seven steps to xyz. So when it comes to the industry that's your specific industry you will be teaching them how to do what it is you do, right. If you know how to hustle real good and you've never been broke and you don't typically work nine to five, so you work a nine to five and you grew your side hustle. That's the whole ebook.

Speaker 2:

What, anything that you do, you have learned to do, especially if you learn to do it on your own. Whether you went to school for it or not, it doesn't even matter. Period. The world revolves around information. Let's be clear. It revolves around information. People are always what are we looking for? Information? The reason the internet is popular now is because of what information you looking for something? Well, we always say google it, google it, google it. Now I say chat, gpt it, right. Or tiktok. Tiktok is really is a heavy search engine better than google, now, right? So don't overlook digital products. Every business needs a digital product, there's always something.

Speaker 2:

Someone is asking you, somebody always asking you oh, how did you start this, how did you get this done? Or, oh, how long you been doing I've been wanting to do that, boom. But you know what your response should be oh, I did an ebook about it. You can go to my link and download the ebook. I'll give you all the steps that are done. But, boom, you see what I'm saying.

Speaker 2:

You don't have to talk to nobody, nothing. When, when they buying while you sleep, or when you, your business, is not in operation, let me say that, um, you don't have to get on the phone with them. You don't have to book. They're not booking a call on your calendar. No contact. I'm not saying you can't have contact if you want to. You know. Offer, um, coaching calls, things like that. That's fine, but I'm talking about digital products. You don't have to physically put in no labor for once. They buy it, it's bought, your money is in your account period. That's got to be the greatest feeling ever. So, whether you have a business that provides a product or a service, you still should have a digital product. And for those of you that are creative like me, and you got all this stuff that you know how to do. You should have a digital product for each one of those things.

Speaker 2:

People are looking for information every day, trying to figure out this and figure out that, and there's plenty to go around. Never think, oh, everybody's teaching that, so what? They're not teaching it the way you gonna it? Why y'all think I'm on here right now? Period Mic drop. Why do you think I'm on here right now If I would have said the same thing? No, that would not be possible. It wouldn't be possible for me to do what I do if I had an excuse of, well, everybody doing that, it don't matter what they doing, you do what you do a specific way. You do what you do how you do it and guess what? That's what sells Period. So the way I'm going to write my ebook and I'm going to teach publishing, or the way I'm going to teach website design or whatever my topic is for that particular ebook, guess what I'm going to do it, the way I'm going to do it. So yeah, so I just had to drop that.

Speaker 2:

That's a heavy, heavy, heavy bar. I hope you you know logging that into your mind, your brain, somewhere in the back of your brain. If you're driving right now you're not able to take notes. But get you an ebook, get you a digital product that teaches someone how to get from step A to step Z or, however you want to say, abc, whatever to get them to step seven steps to blank blank, blank. How to accomplish blank, blank, blank. Boom, it's an ebook. Okay, and they do sell.

Speaker 2:

Now you do have to learn how to market and all that, but don't focus on what you don't have. Get the main product done first, right, and then pull up you some. If you don't have a personal coach, like me, you can pull up you some videos on TikTok on YouTube, on any streaming platform. That's going to show you how to sell it. It's going to give you some tips, some resources and some things, and you try. It's all trial and error. You know we got to stop saying, oh it didn't, nobody, I went live, nobody came on, come on, come on. We should be past that, okay. So get your additional product, expand, and one thing it's going to do is going to expand your bottom line. So if you have a certain amount that you, you know whatever your financial goal is for your business every month, every week or every day that you need to make per day.

Digital products make that very, very easy, okay, and you can check out my link, publishwithtiffanycom. I have an ebook on there that teaches you how to set up your entire digital product empire. Ok, that's why I always say go to that link. I have digital products on there that are there to teach you how to get from step A to step B. I have an author download on there. I think it's author something, but it's only I think it's only like $17 and it teaches you how to do a couple of things. I got chat, gpt prompts in there. I have how to upload your book to KDP and a couple other things. So, yeah, you have to start clicking the links and going and reading and seeing what's available.

Speaker 2:

What are the things, the tools that's going to get you up out of your situation? Because folks is dealing with situations every day and a lot of times, sad to say, it's financial, okay, and so sometimes it just you don't need nobody to give you the money. Sometimes you need to be able to change your whole life, and one ebook can change your whole life. The right information can change your whole life. So I'm trying to help you change your whole life. Okay, and with that being said, we're going to go to break ain't nobody stopping my shine.

Speaker 3:

They try to break me, try to take me out, but, but I got Jesus on my side. It's so bad I thought I would die, but ain't no power stronger than the one that came and laid down his life. And I got mountains to climb, but the enemy can't stop me because there's a calling on my life. So when I'm crying, don't last too long, because he gonna step in and make it all right. So only do it. He said he would Burn your battles for you. They gon' wonder how you sleep at night. Won't he do it? Yes, he will. Anybody tell you something different? You know that's a lie. You gon' look back and be so amazed how it turned out. It's only his grace, won't he do it? He said he would. So I trust him at all times. I'm about to lose it again. I'm about to let him know where I'm from. Don't take me there again. I just called on Jesus, my friend, get me back in line one more time, cause he's always listening. Ain't nobody perfect.

Speaker 2:

Everybody's hurting yes, won't he do it, won't he do it, won't he do it. But guess what? He's not gonna do nothing if you don't do something. So you can look some of y'all. You gotta snap up out of that stuck mode. Everybody gets stuck, we human, right. But you don't have to stay there. It's totally up to you. Only you can get you up out of that, because guess what, ain't nobody coming to save you. Nobody's coming to save you. Okay, so you have to put some things into motion.

Speaker 2:

Okay, so we left off talking about digital products. So, um, I got a couple of other ones, we, I'm gonna go through seven. So digital products. So I got a couple of other ones. I'm going to go through seven. So digital products was number one. My number two is coaching. Okay, coaching.

Speaker 2:

Again, it goes back to what you already know how to do. If you already know how to do something, guess what you can get paid to teach it. No, you don't need no degree. You don't need a degree to teach a lot of the things you know how to do. I'm not speaking from a school aspect. Let's just be clear. I'm not speaking from a school aspect. I'm not speaking that you need a degree. You need to take all these tests. No, I'm talking about the things that you have learned on your own, okay, but yo, yo hustle. You know, if you, if you, if you know how to cook and you sell in place, you sell salads. You some of y'all have boutiques, online boutiques, ok, and you have not wrote an e-book about it. What? Come on now? So things like that.

Speaker 2:

So coaching, sometimes outside of the e-book, and the digital products. Oh, let me go over the different kinds of digital products. So there's ebooks. All of these can be ebooks, to be honest with you. There's ebook blueprints, whatever you want to call it right. Make sure your title is like scroll stop, because, of course, we're going to use social media to market this. Okay, because that's what everybody is. Because, of course, we're going to use social media to market this. Okay, because that's what everybody is.

Speaker 2:

But you can also have physical copies. When I do vendor events, I have physical copies. When you go to my link, I have digital copies there, but I also have physical copies when I do my vendor events. Okay, so if I got a table set up somewhere, I have my journals all physical, right, and when I tell, tell you, people buy them.

Speaker 2:

See, you can't, you can't keep thinking that nobody's buying xyz because there's so many people doing this. So what? How can we have, um, what we used to have, spring? We don't have spring, no more t-mobile. How can we have t-mobile, boost mobile and um, it's another, um cricket all in the same? Um little mini mall, right, ain't nobody mad and everybody's still making money. I never see them closed down, like they all still be open. So that's how you got to think like, don't be worried about so change that mindset. I just have to, like, knock that out.

Speaker 2:

So we, we got eBooks, blueprints, um workbooks and journals. Okay, I have all of those on my table. And I have regular, you know, reading books too. But people buy them. I set my price. They asked me how much it is. They buy period.

Speaker 2:

Nobody comes to me about oh, oh, why are you serious for that? And I have one digital product I sell for $97. That's my anthology blueprint. Okay, and nobody complains. Have I sold copies? Absolutely, I don't sell them often because that's a different type of thing.

Speaker 2:

So you got to know who your products are for as well. Okay, so, but I'm giving y'all seven streams. So we got digital products. We have coaching. You can offer coaching. You can um have it available to where people can um book a call with you to get your expertise or find out how to do this and that. So one hour, 97 or whatever you want to charge 50 hours, up to you. This is when you start to realize, outside of punching a clock for someone else and helping them build, they dream because they making thousands every time you clock in. Right, not knocking that, okay, a lot of people. We need a nine to five, okay.

Speaker 2:

But when it comes to your dream and your vision and blueprint for what you want to do or what you know how to do, and you want to turn it into cash or monetize, as they say, that's when you need to step your game up and start making things available. I was telling my daughter you cannot expect someone to buy what you are not making available. Let me say that again they're not going going to buy if you're not making it available. So if you're on social media and you're posting just whatever, but you have a business and you're not promoting that business on social media, then guess what?

Speaker 2:

You can't get mad at the end of the day, at the end of the week at the end of the year. You ain't made no money. You can't get mad who you of the day at the end of the week, at the end of the year. You ain't made no money. You can't get mad who you mad at you. You got to just be mad at you. But you have to start learning time management. You have to start learning that time waits for nobody. Okay.

Speaker 2:

So the time that you were sitting back moping was the time you could have been building and launching and releasing Period. You could have been building and launching and releasing period. You don't need a big loan to start doing what you want to do in your business. You don't. You don't need a loan to start. You don't need a big pot of money to start. Okay, and that's why I love digital products so much. Notice, I keep going back to that digital products. You don't need no money to do that.

Speaker 2:

You can download this app called canvacom Y'all know I be dropping tips Canvacom. Okay, you can log in there and you can create you an ebook for free. Or you can go to Etsycom. Y'all know what Etsy is. We thought it was the little crafting website, right, but Etsy is a heavy hitter now. Okay, they have done for you digital products on there that you can purchase and resell. Put your own name on it, your own title and resell it. It's already done.

Speaker 2:

Come on, it don't get no better than that. Ain't nobody got no excuses? Let me just say that nobody has no excuses. There's no. You should not have no excuses. Why you not making the extra money or filling in the?

Speaker 2:

Sometimes you got to pivot. Sometimes you may have months that are tight, but guess what, as long as your mindset is always, as I always say, somebody going to give me some money period, it's going to happen. But if you're sitting back making excuses and you're talking to people, I always tell you I don't have broke conversations. I connect myself with people who want to have them conversations. So you got to do a little evaluation of your circle who you talking to?

Speaker 2:

Okay, get these digital products done so you can increase your bottom line and probably change your entire life. If you stick with it and do the work. If you work it, it works. I like to say that because it works. It worked for me. I was in a horrible situation and me going live on the internet changed my life period. So not to say that you won't have days where you know things are tighter. You may not make no money that day, or you may not make no money that month, but guess what? You don't stop there. You have to keep going. Ask me how I know? This is the life I live and I wouldn't change it for the world.

Speaker 2:

But what I feel like is I feel like in 2025,. 2025 is the great time to be alive. Y'all don't have to agree with me, but I feel it. I feel it every day, every day that I wake up and I'm able to see the sun and the clouds and the wind blowing and sit out on my porch or sit in my have a home office and I sit in front of my computer in my office. Whether I have any money in my account that day or not, or invoices coming, it's always an invoice coming right. I still embrace all the benefits I have, and these seven things I'm about to give y'all the rest of them. This is what I embrace.

Speaker 2:

It's a great time to be alive, because we didn't have these opportunities in 1982 and 1985. We have all this. We had to depend on going to work for somebody else or working two jobs when we wanted to increase. What I'm telling you is that if you want to increase, you can add on these digital products. One digital product. I've seen people make six figures on one digital product One, even if it's an extra $500 a month. Guess what? That's $500? You did not have to go punch no cock for that's $500. You didn't have to to go punch no cock for that's $500. You didn't have to talk to nobody for Okay. So let me give you the rundown. So we got digital products. We have coaching. You can turn your digital product into a course. Okay.

Speaker 2:

Your expertise we talked about your, your hustle, what you already know how to do on your own Speaking engagements. That's the easiest money I ever made Speaking. Speaking. I spoke for 45 minutes and I got paid a thousand dollars in Virginia. In Virginia, it wasn't even the state I live in. So you have to open your mind. You have to expand your mind to know that more is coming. More is coming. All you got to do is be ready for it.

Speaker 2:

This is why I talk about having your website in place, having your um, um, making sure you got a professional email, making sure you have um, your posting and your marketing on um social media and not wasting time. Yeah, we, we all spend time scrolling on the mess, but don't get stuck in the mess. But don't get stuck in the mess. Don't even get stuck in your mess, because sometimes you can find yourself just putting all your feelings on social media. Guess what? That ain't dropping no coins in your bank account. I'm going to just be real, okay. So we got digital products that's number one. We got coaching that's number two. We have courses that could be digital, or you could do a webinar Okay. Then we have speaking engagements the easiest money I ever made Speaking engagements. But if you're not putting up nothing saying hey, I'm available for bookings, here's the link, then people don't know they can book you.

Speaker 2:

It's all these events going on every day, every week, all through the year, okay, um, merch merch your own merchandise. If you have a shopify, you definitely need to have your own merchandise. Shopify allows you. I love shopify. Y'all have three shopify stores. Shopify allows you to sell any product, digital or physical okay. And they also allow you to do drop shipping, where, when someone purchased a tumblr or a hoodie off my website, they pay for it on my website and then there's another company that gets the order and they produce it and they ship it to my customer period. It's amazing.

Speaker 2:

I I designed Shopify websites. If you need one done, okay. So just FYI. So we have Shopify. Shopify works with Printify and a whole bunch of other vendors that provide this drop shipping. So even if you sell candles, okay.

Speaker 2:

So then we have affiliate links. So that's let me see One, two, three, four, five, six. Number six is affiliates. That's where you are able to share somebody else's link and they give you a percentage. Pretty much all the vendors and companies that I work with they offer affiliate links. Ok, so when someone signs up, or I sign my clients up, they are able to. Once they sign up, I get like a percentage or a flat fee for them signing up. It's like a referral fee. Okay, that money add up. I'm just gonna tell you it adds up and so, and also consulting, that will go in with coaching, okay.

Speaker 2:

So it's several ways. I gave you seven different ways and it's actually it's more than seven when you think about the kind of digital products and the kind of coaching and the kind of courses. You can have an automated membership site. You know you have a restaurant, you have catering, you want to tell your story about how you got started, how you only spent, how you only spend. You know, you have those stories where they took $300, started with a t-shirt brand and turned it into a whole entire six figure, seven figure company. You know what I'm saying. There are stories like that. Everybody ain't on the internet line, just FYI, okay. So this right here.

Start brainstorming, start thinking what can I do with ebook? Start with what you already do. Start with don't overthink it. You overthink it, you're going to get stuck. Don't try to make it perfect. Spend some time on tiktok. They got the best videos with content creators and hustlers and folks who get to the money and started with nothing.

I started with nothing. That's why I talk about it so freely, because all it took was me to make a decision. I made a decision and I did it. I clicked the go live button and I sat on there. I sat on there by myself. I didn't give up. I didn't say, well, ain't nobody come on there, so it don't work and stop. That's where you go wrong, when you stop. So we got to stop stopping and start moving and changing and increase can be yours every single day, every week and every year. Ok, we're going to go to break Y'all.
