Strategies I'm always talking self-publishing, how to you know get to the money, basically. So I'm always going to be talking about how to you know increase your to the money, basically. So I'm always going to be talking about how to you know increase your bottom line through content, through your messaging, through speaking and so on. So I just wanted to go over there. Today. I want to talk about, um, what am I talking about today? I'm talking about 10 strategies. 10 strategies to, um, help you monetize your message. 10 strategies, again, these are things that you can apply right now.

Speaker 2:

Okay, so, um, why is this important? This is very important because you don't always need to start with a product. A lot of times, you can come in, not saying that you can't, but you can come in and you can start with your message. I don't think. I think it's kind of overlooked. That's why I wanted to talk about this. You can start with your message.

Speaker 2:

You can monetize your message, whether it be through paid speaking okay, and I see authors, especially authors, all the time, um speaking about how you know, how do I get paid to speak? I don't want, I want to get paid to speak. How do I get started? How do I get started? You can get started right here, like what I'm doing. I'm live on TikTok while I'm at the radio station. Right, you don't have to go and um start your own show and be at a station. You can do it right from your phone. I started going live straight from my phone, okay, and have I been paid to speak? Absolutely. My first paid speaking engagement was a thousand and I spoke for about 45 minutes. Hello, yes, so it's very possible. Just what I tell y'all all the time it's very possible.

Speaker 2:

You have to be careful who you're speaking to, who you're talking to. What conversations are you having? Stop having conversations with people who will always tell you what you can't do. You can't do that because this isn't it. You can't do that because you gotta have this, this and that right now understand that certain industries and just different things may require certain things, but to get on your phone that you pay all that money for we paying thousands for these phones and not using them to monetize whatever it is we got going on.

Speaker 2:

So if all you have going on is your story, start with that. That's powerful. Start with that. Start with that. You don't have to have all these different accolades, you don't have to have no awards, you don't have to join nobody's a mastermind. That's twenty thousand dollars that you already don't have. No start where it's free. Social media is free. I don't know how many more times I gotta say that for you all to get it okay. So anyway, we're gonna hop right in.

Speaker 2:

Monetize your message. Monetize your message with these 10 strategies. Okay, wait a minute, I lost my space. Give me one second. So right now you can be thinking about what you want to start talking about. So you have a personal story, and then you may also have a gift as far as what you want to turn into a business. Okay, so it's two different things you can start. You can start with your personal story and you can start with your I guess you could say your gift or whatever your business is, so, so, for instance, if you are a business coach, you can start with that. What kind of business coach are you? Right, I focus on content and increasing your bottom line, so, and then I also focus on how to turn your message into that. Those different streams it was just a lot of what we're going to talk about today, right, but it's two different things, you see what I'm saying.

Speaker 2:

So, um, either you start with your personal message or start with your gifts. So, if you make I just got a new client, she makes, um, the flavored pickles, cool, what they call kool-aid pickles right, and I mean, she's been doing this thing for 10, 15 years. So it's so many different things that people do. But never think that you are locked into. Oh well, I do this, so I can't do that. No, it's people that's in trucking, it's people that's in um, which is transportation? Right, transportation is huge. Um, I'm tapping into the um, health care. You know, home care, health care, home health agency sector. That's come on now. So it's about taking your expertise, right, whether it's your personal story, your, your expertise could have come out of your personal story, so you see how that kind of can still collide. Yeah, so you can take that and you can build that into millions, hundreds, whatever you willing to work towards.

Okay, so now number one the one strategy is turning your message or expertise into books, journals or workbooks. We always talk about books. We talk about telling our personal story. It ain't always that right. I haven't wrote, I haven't published a book about my personal story yet Not just a book, just me alone. I've done anthologies where I've told pieces, but when I write a lot of my eBooks, when you go to PublishPositivitycom thosee -books on there those are showing you how to do things. I'm selling my expertise how to do this, how to do that seven steps to this or how to create your own journal, how to create your own workbook, how to publish your own anthology. So I am teaching you how to do things right. So that's where we get books, journals or workbooks.

Yes, you could turn your personal message into a book, journal or workbook, or your expertise message. Okay, so we got that. That's number one. Number two courses or masterclasses. Absolutely, so let's talk courses y'all. It's not all that deep.

I understand how a lot of times, people don't move forward with things because it seems like it's so much and if you're just starting out, you probably like, but I don't know how to do this, so I don't know how to do that. I get it. I'm going to give you a website. I've given it before in a previous show Fiverrcom, fiverrcom. Okay, and I'm'm gonna give you another website that's absolutely free.

Speaker 2:

On fiverr, you can pay someone to create whatever it is you're trying to do. Okay, so they can create a course for you, absolutely, um, but now that we got chat, gpt, now that we got ai yes, I'm going there, stop being scared and figure out how to use it to increase your bottom line. Ok, so you can create a course from your again, personal message that now you have to understand when it comes to selling these things, that's a whole different strategy. So it's just, it's always strategy, tiffany, absolutely. So with the course, you can create a course for your personal, or you can create a course and then I can go. That can be really great as well or you can do one based on your expertise.

Speaker 2:

So, again, I did mention trucking. That's one of my favorite industries Dispatching I used to dispatch, so you can do an ebook on dispatching. Home care you can do a ebook on how to start your own home care business If you make place. How did I start my cooking business from home? Or how did I start my cooking business in my kitchen, like, however you want to word it right? Chatgpt can help you with all of that and it can write it for you. And it can write it for you. Did you hear what I said? And it can write it for you and it can write it for you. I'm did you hear what I said? And it can write it for you.

Speaker 2:

You better stop being scared. I keep hearing us in our community saying that we're scared of ai, we're scared of what, scared of what? Well, you know it's a whole different agenda, uh-huh, but we ain't focused on that now. Right now, we need to pay these bills. Right now, we want to get paid for what we love. So you can't want something and then be scared of what the process is at the same time.

Speaker 2:

And Chad GPT they have a free option. If you go to ChadGPTcom, you can sign up for the free. I believe it's limited, so you can only have so many requests. But if you go ahead and pay the $20 a month, boom. So you invest 20 bucks. You can't tell me you don't have 20 bucks, 20 bucks, 20 bucks and you can have Chad GBT write an ebook for you, okay. Write a course for you, write a master master class for you, okay.

Speaker 2:

And now our AI images. Um, I'm in all of it. I'm in all of it. So now we can take images and we can have. We can turn the images into videos. So, like I have courses inside my chamber of commerce and I don't have to teach the courses, my AI avatar that I created from an image can teach the course for me. Hello, you better say something. And how did I do that? I had Chad GPT write the script for me, and it's some other steps. But eventually I'll probably put out an ebook on that or some type of blog post or something. But yeah, it is some steps. Listen, go to YouTube. Listen, go to youtube, go to youtube. I'm gonna give you all these 10 strategies, but you can always go to youtube and sit there, take the time out. This is your investment for free stuff.

You have to invest your time, okay, and we're gonna stop right here and take a break too many storms have passed your way and you're all washed out cause it rained on your parade. Seems nobody cares about you anyway.

Now you're living your life like a castaway Search for strength inside. Was it all in vain? Cause the deeper you dig, you find more and more pain. Don't let your tomorrow be like yesterday, cause I spoke to God, I called out your name and, on your behalf, I just asked if he would be there for you. I want you to be blessed. Don't live life in distress, just let go. Let God, he'll work it out for you. I pray that your soul will be blessed forever in His presence, for you'll be there in His presence In His presence.

All right, we are back. We are going to hop right back in. So the last thing we talked about was the books, journals and the workbooks, and then the courses and masterclasses. Okay, so you can take your personal or your expertise, turn it into a course or a masterclass. Let me tell you something about this platform, one of the platforms that I use, because I use several platforms to run my business and sell some of the things that I sell. I have three Shopify websites. I love Shopify, but I also have what they call a stand store, so I have that's.

Speaker 2:

When you go to publish with Tiffany dot com. Everything about me is there, right? That platform allows me to not just provide the links to, you know, things I sell. It allows me to sell digital products. It also allows me to sell. You know, we think digital products are just eBooks. No, you can also sell digital courses. Hello, that means I don't have to show up. I can create a course, right, whether I have AI, do it or I do it. Once I record it, I can sell it over and over again. That's a digital course. That's, that's a digital product. Don't always think ebook, ebook, ebook. No, this is bigger than that. Now you know what I selling digital images. Ai creates digital images for us and I can sell them over and over again. Come on, I just, I just need for y'all to tap in. All right, it's money everywhere and there's so many different ways. You can make money straight from your phone, your ipad, desktop, whichever one you want to use, but you need to tap in.

Speaker 2:

Number three is coaching and consulting. That's what I'm doing right now. I'm coaching and consulting right now. Right, y'all, getting it at no cost? Okay, that's the brilliance of social media. Okay, so, coaching and consulting, you can charge for the information that you know. Y'all think I don't charge for coaching. What? Yes, you charge for coaching, all right. And so, again, there are different strategies on how to promote yourself, market yourself. That's where, if you don't have a budget meaning you work with zero you need to be on YouTube, you need to be searching on. Tiktok is an excellent, excellent platform, better than Google. I'm going to say that and then, guess what? You can go to chat gpt and say I want to start my own coaching program or I want to offer consulting, but I don't know what to charge. Chat will give you some packages to some bundles and tell you exactly how to do it. It'll give you a whole marketing plan period for your 20 a a month. All right, so moving right along, okay. So, um, here's one example I have act as a sales coach. Um script or discovery call. Oh, this is where you ask him. This is what, how you can ask chat to do something for you. Act as a sales coach. Script or discovery call that highlights my expertise and closes claims at $1,000. It's going to give you a whole plan for it. Okay, stop, stop being scared, stop being scared.

Speaker 2:

Number four so let's recap, we got. Number one is books, journals and workbooks. Number two is courses and masterclasses. Number three is coaching and consulting. Number four is speaking engagements. I just talked about that. Start speaking on social media for free. Get comfortable with talking about whatever it is you're talking about and that will cultivate you into paid speaking. Now, they have courses, they have coaches that will help you and if you want to invest in that, fine. If not, go to youtube, look on tiktoks. People have this. Information is everywhere. Okay, it's just up to you. Where you want to get it from, okay, but when you are on a zero budget or minimal budget and you can't afford to pay someone, or you can't afford that fifty thousand dollar coaching program or that hundred and fifty thousand dollar one that you really want. Uh-uh, you better go search, because information is on the internet for free, all right.

Speaker 2:

So number five is licensing content. This is where a lot of people skip. Yes, you can create an e-book. That's one thing. To create an e-book for seventeen dollars and you sell it. Organizations for schools, for libraries, daycares, corporate organizations, corporations yes, there are people that create e-books, manuals, workbooks for corporate, specifically for corporations. So what that means is they're not selling it for $17. Specifically for corporations. So what that means is they're not selling it for $17. They're selling it for $5,000, $10,000, $25,000. Because what you're selling is not the actual book. You're selling the license for them to use the curriculum that you created inside that ebook, inside that workbook. Remember our books we had in school? Now, you know them. Companies was getting paid. They created them books for us to learn nothing from. Okay, I'm going to leave that right there. So that's licensing content. So, yes, you can license your ebook, you can license your workbook, you can license a whole lot of stuff that we create and put it in a book, you can license it, yes, um, also. So.

Speaker 2:

Number six is merchandise and digital products, which we talked about. All right, so, whether it's from your personal story or whether it's from your expertise, merchandise and digital products Okay. And then membership and community. Create a membership to where, if they want to learn from you and you have the digital products or the videos inside the community they can also pay to be a part of your community, to access that information and to learn from you. So you can do that. You can do $10 a month, $5 a month, $27 a month, $47, $97 a month. I know some people that get three something a month for their community. So it's all about you and what you feel like you worth, okay.

Speaker 2:

And so, um, we have podcasting and media, like what I'm doing now, start your own podcast, all right. And then number nine is affiliate partnerships. Affiliate partnerships so you can, um, like on my podcast when, if you go to publishingblackpodcastcom, there's something that you can click to start your own podcast. When you click to start your own, I get a fee, either a flat fee or a percentage. All companies offer that. Okay, so that's another way.

Speaker 2:

And then corporate and government contracts Again, your personal story If you were in foster care and teach the ladies how you survived. That's called empowerment and motivational speaking. So again, boom, what did that hit on? Paid speaking? So, yeah, I hope y'all listening, I hope you, um, this is giving you some clarity and confirmation on what it is that you might want to do or implement or what you might've been talking about just yesterday, right? So yeah, so we got number one books, journals and workbooks. Number two courses and masterclasses. Number three coaching and consulting. Number four speaking engagements paid speaking engagements. Um five licensing content. Six merchandise and digital products. Seven membership and community. Eight podcasting and media. Um nine is affiliate partnerships. Um 10 is corporate and government contracts. So I hope that, um, you take this and apply it, because getting the information and not applying the information will keep you in the same place where you at, and we're not trying to do that, okay.
